This study aims to improve the function and wellness of individuals and communities that are involved in the adversities of exposure to traumatic stress. The high percentage of individuals that develop psychopathologies following exposure to potentially traumatic events, specifically after military experience, raises the need for a preventive and effective treatment plan.
